Orders to UK and US customers are dispatched from within their region, with no unexpected import duties or customs charges.
All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, adverse weather or peak seasonal demand.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched.
If an unexpected delay affects the stated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel your order for a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes for International Orders
Orders delivered outside the UK or USA may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees or local taxes on arrival.
If you are unsure whether additional charges may apply, we recommend checking the website of your local customs authority before placing your order.
Evenly cannot be held responsible for fees charged by your destination country. If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is returned to us, we may deduct any applicable shipping and handling costs from your refund.
Orders delivered within the USA are shipped from within the USA and are not subject to import or customs fees upon delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your Evenly products, but we understand that sometimes things are not quite right.

Returns
You may request a return of eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been worn other than to try on, are clean, and are returned in their original packaging with any applicable tags still attached.
To request a return, please email hello@getevenly.com or contact us here with your order number and details of the item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide the relevant return instructions and returns address for your location.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges and return postage costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, please contact us at hello@getevenly.com or contact us here with your order number. We will talk you through the available options and help you decide which size may be a better fit for you.
Please note that exchanges outside the UK may be subject to additional shipping costs at the applicable rates listed above.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@getevenly.com or contact us here, and we will put things right at no cost to you.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene reasons, opened or used nipple covers and dusting powder cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
